Who handles your data

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or register as a partner: your email address, your name or company name and message (if you enter them), the type of sign-up (enquiry or partnership), the page language, the country your sign-up came from (as reported by our hosting provider) and the time of sign-up. On every visit, our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiry data to understand what you need, prepare an offer, put together the experts for your project and, where agreed, introduce you to a partner, and partner registrations to assess and agree a partnership and introduce you to clients. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we don't send you marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider, stores the data for us as a processor. We pass your enquiry and contact details to the partners from our network we've picked for your project, whether they work as our subcontractors or with you directly, but only after asking you. If you're a partner, we give your contact details to the clients we introduce you to. We don't sell your data or give it to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare is a US company, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data while we're in contact and for at most 12 months after the last contact, unless we sign a contract; then we keep it as long as the law requires. We keep partner data while you're part of the network or until you ask us to delete it. Technical logs are deleted automatically after 7 days at most.

Cookies and tracking

We don't set cookies ourselves, store anything in your browser, or use tracking or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. To protect against malicious traffic, our hosting provider may occasionally set a security cookie (__cf_bm, lasting 30 minutes). It's strictly necessary for security and isn't used for tracking.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email kontakt@si.hr; we reply within one month at most. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to a data protection authority; in Croatia, that is AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
