Who we are

si.hr is run by Perfectorum Ideal d.o.o., Cvjetno naselje 7, 10410 Velika Gorica, OIB 88590540284 (“si.hr”, “we”). These terms apply when you send us an enquiry and while we agree a project with you.

Who it is for

The service is for companies, sole traders and other businesses, not consumers. By sending an enquiry, you confirm that you are contacting us on behalf of a business.

What we do

We work out what you need with you, pick the experts and firms from our network that fit your project best, and agree the price and timeline. We don't guarantee that we can take on every enquiry.

Who signs the contract with you

Before we start, we agree one of two routes, and the offer always states in writing which one applies. First: you sign the implementation contract with si.hr. We are then responsible to you for delivery under that contract, and partners from our network may do part of the work as our subcontractors. Second: you sign directly with a partner we recommend. The partner is then responsible to you for delivery, deadlines, quality and warranties; si.hr is not a party to that contract and is not liable for the partner’s obligations.

Fees

The enquiry, the first call and working out your need are free. If you sign with us, you pay us the price in our offer. If you sign directly with a partner, you pay nothing for our service: the partner pays us a fee under a separate contract with us. Either way, you know the price before you commit to anything.

No obligation

An enquiry commits you to nothing. You can stop at any time, and you don't have to accept our offer or a partner's.

Confidentiality

We treat your enquiry as confidential. We show it to a partner only after asking you, and our contract with partners binds them to confidentiality. Please don't send trade secrets or other people's personal data in your first enquiry. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.

Our liability

When you sign with us, our liability is set by that contract. When we refer you to a partner, our recommendation is a professional opinion, not a guarantee of results, and we're liable for damage only if we caused it intentionally or through gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes go to the competent court in Zagreb. The Croatian version of these terms prevails.
